| This is one incredible bike ride. In its 9th year, this century ride passes through two cities, seven communities and five counties (its a given that you ride in two states).
The roads around the lake are narrow and are shared with motorists. Generally in good shape, construction was limited to a mile long stretch in South Lake Tahoe and a little bit in Tahoe City. This is a fully supported ride with rest stops full of fruit, snacks, water, power foods, etc. A lunch is also served until 2 pm. |
